terms of service

• I only accept commissions from those who are 18+ years old.• The commission will not be started until the invoice is paid.• If the payment is not received within 1-2 days after the invoice is sent and there is no response back from the client then the artist (myself) will cancel the invoice and commission.• If the client requests changes after services are completed, additional charges will be issued at the discretion of the artist (myself).• By payment and collection of the commission, the client enters the agreement that this artwork may be printed for personal use only.• There shall not be any reproduction of this artwork for profit or mass distribution not agreed to by the artist (myself).• Clients do not have the right to mint/sell their commissions for NFTs or anything related to cryptocurrency/the blockchain.

general

• Commissions are generally on a “first come, first served” basis.• I am willing to do things that aren't on my commission sheet! Contact me to discuss!• There are some things I'm unwilling to draw. I reserve the right to turn down a commission for any reason, and I don't have to share that reason with you.

payment

• All payments are through Paypal invoices, in USD.• Payment is required in full, up front at the start of the commission.• Price listed is per figure/character.• Pricing may go up if a particular commission requires some extra work! Contact me for a quote!• If I'm unable to complete your commission for some reason, you will be refunded in full (minus Paypal fees). Outside of these circumstances, I do not do refunds.

commission

• Please send me clear visual references for your character(s) in your message! Multiple links of just visual elements or lots of words require a lot of extra time on my part to put together. If I'm designing a character from scratch it will cost significantly more than the original price, please be aware of that!• I will send a work-in-progress shot once your commission is sketched, and won't move on with lines/colors until you confirm that it looks the way you want.• Commissions may take up to 3 months to complete. If it seems like a commission will take longer, I will contact you.• When the commission is completed, you will receive a final high-res file of the image via Google Drive.

revisions

• If you would like a revision after the commission is past a certain point, there may be an additional charge.• Additional charges are based on complexity of revision and are determined case-by-case. (Example: "Eyes are blue, they should be brown" - no problem! "Was thinking outfit could be more X color than Y color" - this takes more time to fix, so an additional fee will apply)
